Dear Tree Spirit Companions,
I would like to welcome you all into the Autumn 2025 Tree Whisper Oracles pre-orders. After a very long warm summer here in the Highlands of Scotland I am ready for slower softer days moving through autumn. I am welcoming into our space gentle drizzly days, antique gold sunlight, glowing autumn leaves and moonlit, cool, starry skies.
I am glad to offer all three oracles for our autumn pre-orders. Conditions do apply however, as I will only be able to move forward with each oracle edition on pre-order if each oracle individually reaches my minimum batch requirement to go to print. If any editions do not reach the minimum batch number, I will unfortunately have to pull them from the pre-order. I hope whatever editions are sought after by us will go to print.

Pre-order Instructions, T&C's, Postal Information, Prices & Tariffs, Customs
Oracles are available on pre-order only. This means that I will collect from you the total funds of your oracle deck price and the postage and packaging costs via PayPal. This occurs before I order the oracles from my printer. Once I have collected funds from my 'pre-order group', I will then order the oracle batches from my printer Ivory in England. There will be a delay in you receiving your oracle while they are being printed and delivered to my home. I will then package the oracles and then post them out to you. Then I upload tracking numbers to your transaction on PayPal. I post oracles on different days, so not everyone will get notified of their tracking numbers at the same time.
You will receive email updates on your order progress all along the way in my 'Round Robin' emails. Usually around 4 of them, but more with delays). Please allow for delays as they usually do occur. I will update you on any delays that happen. I am foreseeing to be posting out oracles in November.

Notice: Please do not email me with a 'pre-order promise' unless you are 100% sure you are going to fulfil the order with payment and you have the funds ready now. Thank you.
Notice: Please understand, if you do not pay the PayPal request for funds I will have to take you off my pre-order group and offer your place to the next person on my back up list. You have 24 hours to fulfil payment from when I send you the PayPal request (unless otherwise arranged with me). Please ensure you check your emails. Thank you.
Notice: Please also be aware that once your order is in process and is paid for, I can not accept cancelations, refunds or returns as this will impact the whole pre-order and affect everyone else. Thank you.
Notice: I will provide current postage costs from Royal Mail relative to weight. If however the weights/postages/ vary or change as per Royal Mail postage updates I will make additional requests for this cost from you. Thank you.
Notice: For USA Royal Mail now use the PDDP postal service effective from 29th August 2025 to comply with new US Customs requirements. This means that now there is an additional postal charge based on the new USA customs tariff. This is calculated at the Post Office at the point of sending an item. I went to my Post Master and she worked out what I will likely be asked for. This charge will be added onto the usual Royal Mail postage price for your country. Notice: I don't accept returns based on that once you receive your oracle, you decide that you do not like it or that you are not happy with the artwork style. I provide many options for viewing the artwork and understanding the Tree Whisper Oracle imagery.. Thank you.
Notice: Please be aware that I will only print oracles if I have enough customers to fulfil the batch number. No payments will be requested by me until I have confirmed with you through email, in Round Robin Email #1, that I have fulfilled my requirement for the print run and am proceeding to PayPal. Thank you.
Notice: Please understand that I can't be responsible for damage to the parcel during transit. Parcels may endure a bumpy ride. I do use extra padding around the tuck boxes and use padded envelopes. I appreciate that people like to have a perfect tuck box, but the tuck box generally is for protection for the cards. Thank you.
Notice: If you receive your parcel and it seems to have been tampered with please retain the envelope and contents. I require to see photographic evidence of the condition of the parcel front and back including any and all customs/postal labels still visible. Parcel weight and cost on customs labels is evident of number of items in the package. Thank you.
Notice: Please be advised that parcels occasionally experience delays after leaving the UK while in transit to there destination. Postal and courier services outside of the UK are out of my control. Royal Mail has a time frame before I can open an investigation for possible lost parcels. Thank you.
Notice: Please be aware, the postal address I put on the parcel is the address you provide me through your Pre-Order Promise Email. You will however receive your tracking number through PayPal. Your tracking number is not connected to your PayPal postal address (if it is different than the one you email me with). The address that is entered into tracking at the Post Office is the address on the parcel that you provide through email. Thank you.

Notice: Parcels sent overseas may incur extra charges entering your country, I am not liable for any additional tariff or customs costs (tax/vat/duty/etc) once the parcel has left my care.
Notice: I do not save or store pre-order customer personal data from previous pre-orders so if you are returning please re-send me your information. I do not share pre-order customers personal data.

International Tracked Postal Costs for Small Parcels

Current postal prices listed below are based on the sale of one oracle deck. Using current Royal Mail prices per weight. Multiple oracles per parcel will cost more postage.
Royal Mail are due to update their postal costs on October 6th and so I will need to adjust the below prices at the point of PayPal request for funds, to account for any cost updates including PDDP USA tariff calculation. Please allow for the possibility of a couple extra pounds just in case. PDDP tariff's are calculated at the Post Office counter.
For European and UK customers. All packs now include an extra card to comply with Toy Safe UKCA/CE regulations.

I will respond to your first email within a couple of days, with an email that says I have received your 'Pre-Order Promise' and saved your details. Then when I reach my baseline for the batch production, I will send you a Round Robin email no.1 for 'Target Reached - PayPal Ready'.

Autumn is known as the quieter space of unwinding, this autumn feels especially needed. We ask for softer and slower days to gently meet us where we are right now. And we also need ourselves to become soft around our edges, and slower in our own movements of the mind and body. Taking our time to appreciate the delicacies of daily life is a choice. Being present to see the happy little moments and receive the subtle thoughtful sentiments. And to let wonder guide us, so that we are ready for the adventures that await.
Thank you so much for joining me once again on this beautiful journey. I feel very grateful to be able to offer the Tree Whisper Oracles on pre-order. And to be in your company for this short time as we walk with the oracles together through autumn. I hope we will have a beautiful journey together creating our Tree Whisper Oracles.
***This pre-order will open for the autumn equinox and run through to the first week of October. Around the first week of October it will close once I have my pre-order group. This means that I will no longer be able to add people to my pre-order group or alter batch numbers.***
